Our hand picked chilies are grown in the frost free coastal area of Central Queensland, Australia, to deliver the optimum balance of flavor and heat to the connoisseur of this fine spice. The chilies we cultivate are a mixture of cayenne and habanero, which give a subtle blend of sweetness and heat.
